The Medusa Report
A narrative puzzle adventure about a Cold War infiltration mission, a secretive agency, and the search for a missing girl.
The Medusa Report is a cooperative tabletop puzzle game. A treasure trove of touch-real, confidential items from a 1974 mission near Nikitagrad. Will you piece together the operation and uncover where Abigail Vandermist is hiding?
The game is entirely analogue. Decode encrypted notes, sift through mission files, and trace connections between agents and organizations... With each puzzle solved, you’ll reveal more of the story and discover fresh leads for the next challenge.
No rules. No time limit. No envelopes saying, “Don’t open me until you’ve solved X.” Every puzzle has a narrative justification, and everything you need is right there if you just know how to look.
The Medusa Report was designed for one or two play sessions. The average play time is 150+ minutes. Even after solving the central mystery, you’ll find plenty of details to explore in both the materials and the story.
Chapter 2 of the Trail of Abigail trilogy. Each chapter can be played separately without having played the others.

I liked this game better than the first game in the series. The last puzzle could not be solved before solving the second to last puzzle, which was fine. I found most puzzles fairly easy.
The realisme makes the level of immersion less for me. I enjoy a bit of outherworldlyness in my puzzles, and that the game has gadgets, quaint gizmos and thingamajicks. The logic was high in every puzzle and that was a plus for me.
A very good, interesting puzzle, with a lot of different things to solve, perfect quality. We had a great evening!
We gave the Medusa Report as a gift to our grandson. He was so excited! Thank you!

I am new to the puzzle board game scene but my friends insisted this was a must play. They were right! I highly recommend this game.
